Belinda Corpuz is a Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist: actor, vocalist/musician, composer.


As an actor, Belinda is active in Toronto's professional and independent theatre scene. Most recently Belinda played the role of Puring in Factory Theatre’s Toronto run of Prairie Nurse, a role she will be returning to later this summer in Gananoque, Ontario with Thousand Islands Playhouse. She has developed new Canadian works with Theatre Gargantua, Carlos Bulosan Theatre (CBT), fu-GEN, Cahoots, Soulpepper Theatre, Pencil Kit Productions, Ergo Arts, and Expect Theatre (as part of the Beats + Intentions Emerging Artist Program). Other selected theatre credits include: Through the Bamboo - Staged Reading (Soulpepper Theatre); Perfect Couples (Pencil Kit Productions, 2017 Toronto and Hamilton Fringe Festivals); Hilot Means Healer - Staged Reading (Cahoots); ANAK, Kaldero, In the Shadow of Elephants (Carlos Bulosan Theatre).

As a musician, Belinda has performed in various venues in Toronto with her band (under her name) and other collaborative music groups. Last year Belinda released her debut EP, All I Am. Her album has garnered attention, with an exclusive feature on CBC Radio’s Fresh Air. “Waiting” was also featured on CBC Radio’s Metro Morning.
